Justice





Last Friday French duo Justice were performing at The Carling Academy in Brummieland. Shut Magazine got my friend Ness to do an interview with them and I was called in to take a few shots. Got all of 1min 30s with the band before their gig so did the best I could… They were amazing live with the crucifix amp rig up.. It was like watching a disco ‘Death Star’ struggling with the temptation of the ‘dark side of the force’. As a kid I used to dream of owning and rocking out in front of a stack of Marshall amps, but never thought of anything like this. I think their rig belongs in the Design Museum, a book about set design and an old church, set in a desert somewhere deep in Mexico, full of teenage kids dancing about, drunk on Jesus! That would be awesome!
