Northern Adventures
Well been off on good missions the last few days… Headed out of Auckland up to Piahia and the incredible Bay of Islands. Stunning part of New Zealand, with 144 scenic islands dotted around the bay....
Did a ride on the extreme Excitor speed boat, flying off the waves as we headed up and through the famous hole in the rock! Went surfing on Sand Danes up near Cape Reinga - the very top of New Zealand, travelling along the famous Ninety Mile beach, which is in actual fact only 60miles in length was a great experience. Beautiful scenery. Saw my first ever Dolhpin, in fact I got to see a whole pod of Dolphins! Inredible experience… Beautiful creatures! The funniest thing was seeing everyone attempting a swim with them. It proved a challenge as once in the water the Dolphins would scoot off out of sight as they were pursued by 30 or more snorkel masked tourists that had no hope of catching them up! A funny sight to see!
