UK Deny Pasta Entry

Last Sunday saw a follow up to the New Orleans Mardi Gras in the guise of a Fat Tuesday event held at the Big Chill House in London. It was a charity gig raising money for the SoCo New Orleans Musicians fund. The sad part of it was that DJ Pasta was not in attendance. He was supposed to play but UK Customs officials took a dislike to his quirky charming nature, probably just jealous of his record collection. After detaining him for three hours they sent him back to the States on what was a long ordeal of a journey. Raw deal to say the least…





Time Out London did a preview for the event and actually used a shot I took of DJ Pasta whilst over in New Orleans. It’s just a shame the main act couldn’t make it! So in honour of his absence I got the crowd; who I think were playing some weird game of human scrabble, to come together and spell out his name.
